Second that..and he's a great evening in the summer live.

I didn't realize he had a new CD out, until I looked on the playlist and it's another "greatest hits" CD!! C'mon...who doesn't have these tunes already? WTF??

lol ... i know what you mean ... but this version is different ;)

they're all "unplugged" acoustic (hence the "one man band" title) recordings may be the same material, but there's something special about this one ... seems more ... i dunno ...intimate? really showcases that distinctive beautifully in tuned-voice that has held up all these years; not every maturing vocal artist can claim that!

JT has definitely kept his pipes over the years. They had a special with him receiving some lifetime achievement award several months ago on PBS...Sting performed, Carole King..among many others. Look for it if it's repeated...usually when they try to raise funds, so if you TiVo it, you'll skip the annoying begging they do.

Y, that was a no brainer! JT is always James Taylor. The other JT never even occurred to me. :p
