oh damn..LEAN Turkey (like how I pulled that off?)

Take one pound ground lean organic turkey.
(Its illegal in the US to use steroids in turkey, but what tha heck - organic is tastier)

Take five heaping tablespoons of Brushcetta.
I make my own using tomatoes, garlic, pepper and flax oil
Shake like a polaroid ...oh wait..mash it all mix so its mixed.

Make into patties and grill.

Call em what you will, but they're tastier than all get out!
(and pretty darned low in fat, high in protein).

Lewis, sounds good, gonna try it. I love Trader Joe's Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta. For an easy meal, I like to pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts thin. Then I spread some the the bruschetta on them & roll them up (secure with turkey pins or toothpicks). Bake. Eat. I change this up by sometimes adding leaves of basil or spinach. Sometimes I'll coat one side with seasoned breadcrumbs (sprinkle crumbs on a surface, place breast in the crumbs so the bottom side will get coated. Spread the bruschetta on the top side. Roll & secure).

BTW, is that your kitchen? I spent the day on a house tour to benefit Virtual Health Systems and I am convinced everyone but me lives in a mansion. Garages bigger than my entire house. Indoor pools. Multiple Wolf stoves. Heated floors. 5 or 6 fireplaces. Wine cellars.

Me? I've got a pretty nice bird-feeder at my front window.

I don't have a garage :(

But I keep bird feeders and sprinkle critter food so my dog has something to chase!

Hey is that an English Springer or a Britney? Our first dog was an English Springer. Katie was the prettiest dog, but she was dumb as a brick.

Her name is Isabella (aka Isabella Mozzarella, the little girl, or Izzy)
She is our second English Springer Spaniel and she goes everywhere
with us. She is a seasoned traveler, at 2 yrs old. She smarter than me,
which in retrospect, isn't saying all that much.

Well, Katie Noel (she was born on Christmas morn) was as sweet as anything but she couldn't outsmart of ball of cotton. If we wanted to keep her out of a room, we'd just have to place something small in the doorway -- a little cardboard box, a bowl, a chair, it didn't matter. She could have easily gone under/over/around whatever it was. But she'd just stand there looking up at us with these forelorned eyes that said, "Oh dear, what to do now???" And she'd eat anything. She ate a coyote skull, a Corelle plate, endless bars of soap. We had her before our son was born and when he got a little older, he'd dress her up. She'd just accept her fate, sitting there with those eyes, while he put gloves on her ears. Gawd, we loved her.

Awww!!! I love Katie Noel too (rest her doggie soul). How sweet. I'm a sucker for those droopy eyes and that cold, wet nose. Gets me every time!
