Just curious. How long did you guys study for the STAR 3?

I worked on it right after I took Spintensity. That was Oct 21. There was some question I had to do a little more researh on.
I did not want to sit to long on it. The more I sit on things the more I change my mind. I finally learned to do that. It would have helped in college.

It's not the exam that counts, but the efforts that went into the prerequisites.

Despite all the bad mouthing of some of MDA programs, MIs, or whatever, I really feel like I got a great IDC education from the Star 3 process, while at the same time enhancing my knowledge of physiology, nutrition, and helping others perform. Do you feel the same way about your experience?
