Awww... sweetie I feel the same way about you. My goal is to someday make WSSC: I only hope by then everyone here is still going!

I think it takes great courage to do what you are doing--going it alone, and your first time at that! Believe me Deb, once you hook up with the forum friends here, you'll feel right at home (they're good that way). :)

From perusing the website, I don't see anything that annexes fees to the Trade show. All the presenters and floor plan are laid out, tho.

I believe you need to show your ECA bracelet to get into the trade show area. At least that's how it's been in years past.

They are non petitioned. I think you get 5 total for the whole weekend as long as you submit your session sheet that shows at least one Spinning class.

Also, there is a ride that Josh is sponsoring on Thursday night (I forgot what it is called). I think it starts at 6:30. I don't think it is considered part of ECA and is a separate price. It is on the Spinning website. I was thinking about it, but, it actually is my birthday and while I think it w/b great there are others who w/b pissed at me. No prob. I got the whole weekend to enjoy!!!!

Also, Joy, there is a training in Glen Cove on 2/3. I think it is cadence and heart rate games. Unfortunately, I can't go, teach on Sunday morning, but thought you'd like the heads-up.

I'm trying really hard to get the Tuesday 6:45 going over there. Most people tend to prefer the 5:30 slot. I teach after Cindy (I hear she is good) and have NO IDEA what the other Instructors at the Club are doing (in re what they present as a class). Hopefully I'll garner a bigger fan-base after the new year. It took a while, but finally, I seem to have garnered my own following at the "other" place and think I may finally be coming into my own!!!!! People are actually coming to MY class because it is my class. I can't tell you how exciting that is for me (well, maybe you know).

Lori said that she would send me to the next Kaiser training. I did read the manual, I mean good cycling principles are good cycling principles!!!!!

Send Jackie my best. I have NO IDEA what happened at the other place (I sense drama and I run the other way) but Nancy and I (she'll know who that is) always thought she was an awesome Instructor.
