What is funny about it is that it is about a "roady's" first impressions of his one and only spin class. He describes a certain class at my gym, and its infamous, yet popular instructor. Although it sounds like he's exaggerating - he isn't.
The blog is from a local club that just likes to ride for fun - no hammer fests. Mostly ride to eat. Some of them come to my class - which is a nice change of pace - because they don't take anything seriously except they just like to be together. They call themselves CCCP.
Remember, spinning is a lot like spanking - so SPANK ON!
