Mixmeister and Windows Vista

Hi techie friends,

I'm about to purchase a laptop, and they're all coming with Vista. Have any of you experienced problems with Vista's interaction with MM?

No Problems on this end.. Tho try and export your catalog file frm MM and import it into the new program when you put it on VISTA to save yourself all of the BPM scanning time.

I had a little problem when I first transferred all of my music files. Mixmeister would freeze up so I would have to close it down. It looked like it was having problems with analyzing the BPM on some music files. Since then, it's worked great.

No problems here, either. However, it took almost 2 full days for the BPMs to scan, so do whatever NJ is recommending.

Last summer I transferred all my music files together with MM onto an external hard drive, so I'm hoping that I can just plug and play. That was a feat all by itself!
