Since I need more protein in my diet and I needed a snack this afternoon, I opted to try one of the Special K protein bars - double chocolate. Can we say cardboard rice crispies? Barely taste any chocolate and I think it might have been stale. Ah well. Off to Wawa tonight to get me some Gadzooks Blanc!!!!

I had my allotment of 6 at lunch watching LOST. Both left me confused and wanting more.
