New to IC

Hi there,

I am new to IC but have been on PO for awhile. I teach Spinning 6 or 7 times a week and run and ride outside. My bike's name is Old Tealy because it is old and teal. I love the old dog though.

I am Spinning and Reebok cert and have been teaching IDC for 4 years and other classes since 2000.

I look forward to sharing with you guys.

Yes I am nuts, it has ruined my own training, but I still like every class for who comes and how it is different. I am teaching 7 now because another instructor is doing the Freedom Run Across America. He is nuts and awesome. I am hoping to drop to four this summer so I can get outside more.
