Hello innercycling. Sorry for taking so long to join you guys for the fun over here. Hello to the cool kids I've met at pedal-on and a bigger hello to those of you whose acquaintance I have not yet made.
Quick bits about me: I live in Charleston, SC and have been a Spinning junkie since 2000. Became certified in 2003, and I <3 it! I started fitness as a dancer, then personal training, now I teach Pilates, Step, and everything in between.
I have a blog at htttp://groupfitpower.wordpress.com. Just a little place where I can get some of my 50,000 words/day out.
Looking forward to what y'all have to teach me here!

Hi Krista! Welcome to the fold. I think you'll enjoy the group of folks who frequent this site. Very happy you've introduced yourself! I have a sister who lived in Cayce, SC. I admire the fact that you are a dancer--oh lord how I wish I could dance but I have 2 left feet! Sounds like you have a great background and I'm certain you will be bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table here. Looking forward to hearing more from you and getting to know you. :)

Welcome Krista, where's Calvin and Hobbes?

So much activity here, I am looking forward to getting to know you all better.
You know... I couldn't use Calvin and Hobbes because it wasn't on the computer I registered from. I am OCD about variety, though, so I probably wouldn't have picked it anyway. Felt like showing off my shiny disco dancer side to y'all. Had to swap out quotes too. I am physically unable to re-use anything. Is there a 12-step program for that?
:)

KristaI wouldn't doubt, but I can't seem to come up with a clever name for what it might be called. :(
