Hola! HI!!!!

I have to be honest...I logged last year , (after BOB, PATRICK AND MAT told me about this wonderful site.... thanks again guys!) but a few days after, things got complicated, and as days passed, I had less time to visit my old forum (MDA)and it was very hard to keep up with both forums as well....

( BOB, how you manage to put 2011 posts????? when I grow old I want to be like you :) .... I ADMIRE THAT FROM YOU! I guess the ? is : how you put so many posts and work, train, organize events, write articles, teach spinning, work, have time for your family, friends and everthing???? ...LIFE IS WONDERFUL!!!)

Well, I´m a bit more organized , the sun is shinning , I´m smiling as always and things seem to get back in track... one step at a time!

I have 2 amazing kids ( posted a photo of them!!), have a wonderful husband, love dogs, enjoy riding my road bike ( hope to compete again on triathlon!) and I´m passionate about Fitness... specially about Spinning an core trainning! (I´m Star 3 JGSI and teach indoor cycling 9 years ago) .... have 5 months without working but I´m always learning about everything and from everybody !

Have an energizing week!

Victoria:grin:

ps
thanks Mat for your welcome note!

Hola Victoria, Bienvenida!

I too can't seem to find enough time in the day to work, train, study, keep kids, house and husband in order... etc... but life is good!

Striking a balance is tough no matter what you're doing. When you're posting on the forum you're sacrificing something else. For me it's television. I almost never watch it, that's what I'm willing to sacrifice. For other people it's something else but we all understand, completely! Life is full of things that need to be done, all the time. No one will blame you if you can't make it to 2001 posts. Welcome, heartvic!

Yup! I agree!

Besides, I always remember what Thumper's mom said (from the movie Bambi...) "If you don't have anything good to say... don't say nothing at all"...

Welcome, heartvic! I, too, am a triathlete trying to make a comeback this season! I was able to race after my 3 year old was born, but didn't have much time last season after the birth of our younger daughter. It's just so darn hard to find the time for those long bike rides! Hope you have a successful return!

First, I'm happy you are here, you are a wonderful person with at lot to share. We will all benefit from your knowledge.

Second I don't know how I have time to post as often as I do, the time just seems to be there and this is a great place to go to for a little break from the rest of the world.

Siempre sonriendo.

Welcome, stop in and play whenever you get a minute or two. I think there are some people who live on this playground. ;)

Thanks Lori
...it is very recomforting to know I´m not crazy..or at least, I´m not crazy alone! :)
...it was impossible for no to cry...8 years with it.... it gave me the opportunity to become stronger physically but mentally, I had happy and sad moments , it gave me the opportunity to meet the best people I had ever met and it was through ride cycling that I decided to give a try to spinning .... never thought to become passionate with indoor cycling....loved outdoors, still do ,but in spinning I don´t feel it that way... I´m not there.... I´m riding outdoors as well....

keep smiling
