I'm with Liz on this one. Greg didn't know when to stop, always had to have the last word. I don't think this had anything to do with Lance. Trek's sales were hurt, even damaged. Management had to wisen up and make a move! A business has to do what is necessary to keep sales from slumping, and/or cut the losses.
