Hello from Canada! I found this forum through Jennifer Sage blog. I have been teaching Spinning since early 2000 in Asia and Europe. Teaching in North America is a totally different group, different taste in song choice and teaching. I love doing what I am doing and take every day as a learning experience. I am looking forward to receiving ideas and feedbacks in regards to indoor cycling from all the members in the forum.
