We get into Ft. Lauderdale on Wednesday around noon, so we'll get to the IC mid-afternoon. No pre-con stuff, other than Josh's ride. We usually head over to SoBe on Thursday -- for my pilgrimage to Body Up. Can't wait!!

I'm getting in late, late, late on Friday night. I'll be leaving Venice after my daughter's graduation at around 9:30 - 10:00 pm. I have to make a stop in North Port to pick up my girlfriends that are coming with me. From there it will be about a 3 1/2 hour ride to Miami. So I'm guessing that will put us there at 1:30 am at the earliest. I guess that's technically early, early, early Saturday morning! It doesn't matter, I still can't wait!!!!!

What's "Body Up?"

I'm gettingt excited, too. There is sooo much carp swirling around me right now (a regular carp-storm) that it has been hard for me to focus and realize that it is a little more than 2 weeks away.

Angie and I are getting there early afternoon on Thursday (don't mean to speak for ya, Ang), getting "leafed" and doing Josh's evening ride.

I really NEED this trip.

Deb, Body Up is an exercise clothing place in South Beach. They are from So. America and have really cute stuff (although a lot of it is a little to risque for me). It's pricey but it holds up beautifully. My first pieces were bought 5 years ago, have been worn & washed often & still look like new.

I can hardly believe it! I walked four miles this morning and it was gorgeous outside. As I passed a large group of palm trees swaying in the wind, I couldn't help thinking about being in Miami with my on-line friends.
