Whoah D! Big news..Sweetheart I am holding you closely in my heart and I am betting my life you have a talented neurosurgeon who will be working on you. I've been there--L4/L5 for me. Best surgery I ever had--I know the same will be true for you. Please update us when you can and until then: BELIEVE. Positive thoughts will get you through. Love you, D. Hang tough (if anyone can, YOU can). We'll be here when you are well enough to tell us how you are feeling. It's going to be good. I know it.

Kept you in my thoughts today, as promised. Hope everything went well and you are resting comfortably. Just take one day at a time and you will be back before you know it.

Okay. So I wanna know what you were doing when you threw out your back. Considering we're talkin' Danielle Foster here there's gotta be a story behind this!
Seriously D from someone who's been there I hope your surgeon was having a good day and everything went marvelously. Back pain can be a pain in the a$$ and life isn't any fun when your back hurts all the time.
If we make it to the the R&R Hall Of Fame this year - will you show me your scar?

Hey D. Since you'll be having some down time the next couple weeks - could you keep track of this Brett Favre stuff for me. I don't have time for his nonsense.

Thanks Everyone,
And Bob, I will be ready for the coasters, Cheeze, there was no wierd mt. bike accident or anything... it just kinda crept up on me.
I had the surgery Wed., and I'm doing fine, feeling great. Just kinda bored...Walking a few times a day. They tell me in another week when I can start riding again.
The pain was gone immediately. What was cool was, my main doc comes to class, the spinal guy comes to class, and then my pre-op nurse used to take my class about 5 years ago... So keep teaching and treating everyone right you guys.... you never know when you are going to need THEM!
Danielle
ps.
Anyone have a chance to ride with Angie and Joey at IDEA in Vegas?????

Thanks for checking in and letting us know you are O-TAY! Whew! I'm so happy your pain was gone immediately--isn't that terrific! Keep doing what your supposed to do and don't rush it. I know it's boring as hell but think of all of the years now, you have to enjoy without the pain. Life will be so much sweeter for you, D. Keep on walking--that will help you heal faster!!! :)
