Another sad story.
I've ridden on the roads mentioned in this article. This is a rural area about 60 miles south of Cleveland. The roads are pretty well travelled, but not a congested mess. They are nice to ride on because you can go for miles without a stop sign or traffic light.
My prayers are with the families of both children in this case.
