Can someone tell me why Washington got a better ranking than Oregon? (Ethnocentric rambling here) sheeez we walk on those sucka's... with Portland being Platnum and Eugene being gold almost plat. They have no one with anything better than silver. Someones getting paid man.

Meg, I'm guessing that they looked at the entire state rather than some of the fine bicycle-friendly communities you have in your fine state.
