Anybody ever try Dr. Berardi's Precision Nutrition Program? I'd love to hear your experiences, thoughts and general inclinations about the system.

Well, it's a bit pricey, for one thing. Also I think it's just more of the same as he has in his Metabolism Advantage book (purchased used off of Amazon for about $5)

Basically low carb plus a load of omega 3 fatty acid supplementation with a bit of nutrient timing thrown in.

There's nothing inherently "wrong" with it (other than cost) but, for me, I couldn't be doing with such a focus on what I eat and when as to go in for any "precision nutrition" per John Berardi. It looks like very close to food obsession to me.

Although I wasn't too enthusiastic about Precision Nutrition as a "program" I always reckoned that if his recipe book ever came out in regular print, I'd buy it.

Whaddayaknow. Out of the goodness of his heart, at great personal inconvenience and for a mere $39.99 (free shipping) he's helping me out.

I'm just waiting for the opinion of someone who claims to have used his program *with success* before I part with my $$$bucks. This might well be worthwhile.
