Pick up this on the site or on Itunes for free. Good to listen to. And they have a mix at the end of the show. Its one of the few that get noted names and industry specialists on the show. Also it is truly updated so make sure you check that box and listen often. No affiliation

The Fred cast is way cool!!

But, David of the Fredcast is on current leave. You'll see his explanation on the most recent post at www.thefredcast.com He interviewed me at Interbike for his Fredcast podcast (look up the list of interviews for the most previous podcast on Sept 27 - you'll see Jennifer Sage of Viva Travels). But apparently he lost his real job right before Interbike and is just getting settled into a new job. He's hoping to begin Fredcasting again soon.

Another decent cycling podcast is The Two Johns Podcast (http://www.twojohnspodcast.missingsaddle.com/), they do news, product reviews, interviews and lots of listener emails. It is a tad long sometimes running from 1-2 hrs but you can jump sections on an iPod.
