I'm trying to post a photo but I guess the size is too big, how do I or can I shrink the size of the file to post it?

You have use some kind of image editing software (like Photoshop) to reduce the photo's file size.

Thanks Bob, don't have that on my computer. Makes sense cause I've tried everything else. One more question, How come some photos are of a bigger size taken with the same camera?

Most cameras have a variety of settings for the resolution size of the images. My point and shoot digital camera has three settings, high, medium and low resolution. Check your manual to see what they are. You may be changing the setting without realizing it. Digital zoom also changes the image size because what it really is doing is just cropping the image in your viewfinder and blowing it up.
