Don't know if you can do that, but you can get around it by bookmarking the Forum page, bypassing the main page.

Yep, do what Pink suggests and just bookmark the forum's URL. That way, you can just click on it and you're brought right here, thus bypassing Billy's home page.

Repeat after me..."There is no escape...I must listen...there is no escape...I must listen".
Say this for about 15 minutes every morning and it won't sound so bad.

I think the book mark idea would work. I like the track just fine, but if I'm going to spend any time here I want some control of what I'm listening to . . . you know, if I want to check out a song on iTunes that someone here has recommended on the music forum, I have to shut down innercycling to listen to iTunes. I want it all! :)

I didn't do the bookmark thing only because I couldn't figure it out - had something to do with signing up for google something-or-other and I gave up. I ended up saving the IC Forum main page in My Favorites. Now, any time I want to sign in I go to my favorites. It takes me directly to the forum and bypasses Billy's homepage. No more music.

I believe the music is associated with the slideshow ...
so, right above the slideshow, there's a star, and a speaker icon, click the speaker, and it mutes the music for everywhere you go.

Easy Answer! I use Mozilla Firefox. The home page is bookmarked, but when I click on forums, a second window opens up. The I click on new posts ans as soon as that aweful music starts, I close out the first window so I can read and listen to my own tunes
