Amy congrats on the article. It was a great read. Just for the record - I love to be on the bike but I also love to teach off the bike. Doesn't make a difference to me - it's not my ride when I am in front of the class.

Thanks, Joy, Cheeze, Jennifer and everyone. I put off attempting to coach off the bike for so long, and now that I have, I just wanted to share how significant a learning experience it ended up being for me, during and after my recuperation.
