Don't know if you guys follow Lance on Twitter. But I am. Just logged onto Twitter to see his updates and he just posted that someone broke into Astana's trailer and stole his TT Bike.:o:o

Here is a link to the story on CNN.

Wonder if it's a competitor or someone that thinks they just hit the lottery on e-bay?

Good question...but as I was told by a Philly detective working on my case when my place was burglared, "We're not dealing with rocket scientists." Proof...the idiot stole our Flyers season seats and sold them to someone he knew. So security just waited at the game to see who showed up in the seats! Nabbed.

End of hijack

Sandy, can you believe the incredible coverage on Twitter of ATOC? Almost better than TV! I had a live feed on my computer, but it faded in and out so much i got more good info from Twitter!

It was a flea market find, kid you not. There is a huge stolen bike ring here in California, bike gets stolen, go to the flea market, thats where they will turn up. There are bike detectives you can hire that for a fee, will look for your bike at local flea markets and are very successful. Given descriptions and serial numbers, they recover 500 percent more bikes then the police just at at flea markets alone. trouble is: the theives have such a sophisticated dispersion system, they wind up on opposite ends of the state.
