Hello all,
Billy here. I have some new podcast with complete voice overs from my classes. Check it out at

Just click on the picture to activate Itunes podcast or listen to some of them without it.
Tell me what cha think good or bad as I am recording more and more. I will be doing videos over the next month to coincide with the voice overs as I have the right to use the http://www.realryder.com bike and am excited to do so.

Cool Billy's going to do my next class :D Hey billy what microphone set up are you using and what sound recording software are you using? I made a sick CD to play at classes when I have no voice and I need a better set up to record with.

Hey Billy,

It's raining cats and dogs tonight in St. Pete, so I decided to give your All or Nothing a spin. Loved it! Great music and profile. Very challenging! No love loss here cutting the 150 jumps on a hill to 117. I don't do many jumps and my legs quads/hams were screaming at me after last night's leg workout. Looking forward to more of your rides.... nice to hear your voice, coaching, and encouragement.

I work in Miami on every now and them. I hope to get to one of your live classes soon.

You should get into a Krank Cycle class too with him. You'll be polishing some great looking arms with his design. :)
