I just purchased whole wheat flour! What are some of your favorite whole wheat recipes? I'm excited to explore this healthier alternative to white flour.

Honestly, I think if you're doing a ton of baking.....and more to the point actually eating what you bake..... any health problems such as they might be are going to be pretty much the same whether you're using whole wheat or white flour.
There's nothing particularly malevolent about "white" flour or "white" sugar (or other fashionably "bad" foods). The problems arise because folk tend to consume so much of them.....the dose making the poison so to speak.
The same problems aren't perceived as being associated with "whole" grains just because they're not so prevalent in the diet and they don't lend themselves to such widespread inclusion because they tend to be not quite so versatile.
On the rare occasions that I eat bread, I'll often have whole wheat or multigrain toast, for example but no way would I mess around with trying to substitute whole wheat for a nice hunk of french bread or sourdough, for example.
Likewise, pie crust or the once in a blue moon cake recipe I might try.
The healthiness would come from not eating too much of either, I imagine.

Try to get your hands on the The King Arthur Flour 200th Anniversary Cookbook. There is SO much information in there about nutrition, and you will never eat a better pancake than from their basic recipe...
