Interesting to say the least. I wonder how many events (tours and races) will allow this product to replace a helmet.

The only thing is it won't help in the cases with a rock or something that gets jettisoned from under the tire of a passing vehicle. I've had a few helmets get dinged by rocks before.

It probably isn't a good idea to use when mountain biking. I fall a lot and would have to keep replacing the thing.
